Quintet for bassoon (string) quartet: Première
%06-%07-%2012, %R'Harlequin Memories' for bassoon and string quartet received a superb première at Spitalfields Festival on June 21st 2012, played by Bram van Sambeek and the Heath String Quartet. It was commissioned by Stephen Massil, to commemorate his father Bill Massil's centenary.
Other June performances included the European premiere of 'Wind-blown Seeds' for String orchestra, played by Arcos Orchestra, director John Edward Kelly, in the Konzerthaus, Berlin, and also in Munich (Academy of Fine Arts); and performances of Quartet no3 (Toki string quartet).
